I love shooting close-ups of flowers.  Sometimes we don't realize how magnificent nature can be until you have the opportunity to examine it in it's most minute detail.  Photos like this, taken in the middle of winter on one of those rare sunny days leave us yearning for the fresh days of spring to come.
